Designed for sailors looking to refine their skills, this four-day intensive program offers high-performance coaching, focusing on boat preparation, tuning, sail settings, and advanced boat handling techniques like roll-tacking, roll-gybing, and mark roundings.
With expert guidance from Maurizio Bencic (renowned Opti coach with 30+ years of experience) and Lilla Takácsy (Hungarian National Team coach and sport dietetics expert), participants will hone their upwind and downwind speed, develop tactical strategies, and analyze performance through video reviews.
