Set sail on an unforgettable training experience at the Optimist Clinic 2026. Designed for sailors ready to refine and elevate their performance, this focused program delivers high-level coaching in a competitive yet supportive environment.
Over three intensive days, participants will work on:
• Boat preparation and tuning
• Sail settings and performance optimization
• Advanced boat handling techniques including roll-tacking, roll-gybing, and mark roundings
• Upwind and downwind speed development
• Tactical decision-making and race strategy
• Video-based performance analysis
The clinic is led by two outstanding professionals:
Maurizio Bencic – Renowned Optimist coach with over 30 years of international experience
Lilla Takácsy – Hungarian National Team coach and sport dietetics expert
